Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.

One of my North West London Domestic Violence Charities are looking for x4 Duty Workers to cover a short term contract. The aim of the role is being the first point of contact for women and girls referred to the charity, you will then have to assess their needs and signpost them to the right resources and working within Crisis Intervention team.

**Duties**:

- Processing Referrals and providing good service delivery to those referred to you
- Risk assessing and working closely with management to understand the women/girls needs
- Answering and making calls

Experience Required
- Basic understanding of domestic violence and the support women and girls need
- Basic knowledge of safeguarding practice, procedures and legislation
- Good listening and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment

This role requires an immediate start so an in date DBS or on the Update Service is essential and need to be pro-active to get into post quickly. The role closes on 24/02/2023.
