Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team and management
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with office organization and maintain filing systems
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using sage
- Utilize computerized systems and software such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office
**Skills**:
- knowledge of sage accounts is essential
- Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and computerized systems
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
