We are currently looking to recruit multiple full-time and part-time Pastoral Tutors to join our Tutorial & Enrichment teams across New City College supporting our 16 -19 year old students across all curriculum areas and levels.

We are looking to recruit Pastoral Tutors with a view to start in the next academic year 2023/24 on 23rd August 2023

Reporting to a Senior Curriculum Manager you will work alongside teaching staff to provide pastoral support for learners to improve attendance, retention, achievement and encourage positive progression. As part of your role you will deliver and facilitate a tutorial and Enrichment curriculum through weekly group tutorial sessions which will help develop learners’ broader skills and knowledge contributing to their development as responsible, respectful and active citizens.

You should be an effective communicator with the ability to form positive and professional relationships with young people.
