Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller

Your role as Accounts assistant / credit control will involve:

- Sales ledger duties - processing receipts, daily and monthly ledger reconciliations
- Processing customer credit notes from the returns system, producing statements of account
- Dealing with customer queries efficiently
- Support the credit manager and sales manager to ensure internal stock levels are correct and reporting on sales figures
- Reporting on client annual sales figures
- A good level of IT skills including the ability to create Vlookups and pivot tables in Excel
The ability to learn new databases and develop skills to perform database queries to extract data to Excel
- Accounts experience at any level
- Credit control experience would be an advantage but not essential
- IT Literate with a good level of both Maths and English
