**ABOUT STM**

We are a geoenvironmental consultancy based in South West London. We provide a wide variety of geoenvironmental consultancy services to both private and public sector.

We are seeking a motivated and suitably experienced individual to assist with the delivery of our geotechnical and environmental investigation services. If you are interested, please send your CV.

**SKILLS\EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Knowledge\experience of undertaking geotechnical and environmental ground investigations;
- Knowledge\experience of borehole logging, groundwater and gas monitoring;
- Independent, effective, well organised, teamworker, numerate, excellent communicator, detail conscious, excellent report writer
- IT skills/abilities - ArcGIS, Holebase, AutoCAD, Excel, Adobe.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Undertaking Phase 1 Contaminated Land Desk Studies and Reporting;
- Undertaking Phase 2 Contaminated Land site investigations, risk assessments and associated report writing;
- Undertaking Geotechnical site investigations and associated factual and interpretive report writing;
- Peer Reviewing Reports
- Liaising with Local Authority Regulators;
- Business Development - Quoting for projects, contacting clients, closing opportunities;
The role involves undertaking site investigations which requires travel and a good level of fitness.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A minimum of an earth science/engineering based first or masters degree.
- A full (preferably clean) UK driving licence is essential.
