**What you will be doing...**

**Retail Product and Customer Executive**,
- ** **based at Holiday House in Leeds City Centre
- **with hybrid working**).
- Reporting to the
- **Senior In-Flight and Retail Customer Experience Manager**, our
- **Retail Product and Customer Executive **will
- _Take Responsibility_ for supporting the performance of our direct, third-party and in-flight retail products, ensuring that they deliver an excellent customer experience and maximise revenue in line with company targets.**What will you do in the role?**

As our
- ** Retail Product and Customer Executive**,
- ** **you will manage the lifecycle and processes of existing retail products and shape the strategy for new retail product development.
- ** **You will also:

- Help bring new retail products to market, from initial ideation through to implementation
- Map and own the customer journeys for all retail products, from point of sale to post-travel
- Improve knowledge and training for internal and external customer-facing teams
- Manage retail product queries and complaints, finding solutions to resolve recurring issues
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to drive retail-led changes

**What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?**

As our
- **Retail Product and Customer Executive**, you will ideally have proven experience in a similar product role working across multiple departments. You will also:

- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Be passionate about delivering a VIP customer experience
- Have a high level of initiative and a desire to make things work better
