**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering calls and handling client queries.
- Managing online enquiries with a focus on booking appointments for our advisers.
- Nurturing relationships through regular communication with clients and prospects.
- Chasing solicitors and keeping the client up to date through out.
- Holding the adviser accountable for missing opportunities.
- Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the business to set priorities and manage expectations.
- Ensuring the CRM database is accurate and regularly updated.
- Coordinating sales data and managing records in Excel.
- Handling invoices, overseeing payments, and collating essential client files for compliance checks.
- Championing relationship management across all verticals - directors, clients, advisers, and teams.
- Continuously seeking innovative ways to support the business and the team.
