**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensuring client files are up to date and in order
- Updating back office systems
- Data gathering to assist with the production of client meeting documents
- Communicate with clients
- Assist with the drafting of reports to ensure that they are produced to a high quality and in a timely manner
- Gaining exposure to the full investment advice process
- Completing ongoing training following a structured learning and exam programme with the aim of achieving a Diploma in Financial Planning with the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII).
- Acquiring knowledge of company procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance

**Hours / Remuneration / Holidays / Location**
- Salary: Starting at £22,000 building with experience and exam passes to circa £37,000 once Diploma Level
- Pension: Employer contributions 10% in addition to salary
- Holidays: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays
- Hours of business: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Location: Inverness City Centre
