Apprentice / Junior Sign Maker & Fitter

**This role is for a permanent junior / apprentice level sign maker to join a small but fast growing sign company in Caerphilly, Wales.**

**No previous experience is needed as full training will be given in all areas.**

**Highly beneficial if the right person has a keen interest in design & graphics**
- **Requirements**:_
- Full driving license
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients at a professional level
- Strong work ethic with a ‘can do’ attitude whilst keeping a high level of attention to detail
- English and numeracy skills required due to the nature of the job
- **Day to day duties include**:_
- Trimming and folded PVC banners
- Working with project briefs from start to finish
- Laying up vinyl and digital prints onto vehicles and substrates
- Learning and using vinyl cutting machines for graphics
- Tidying after graphic preparations
- Complying with Health and Safety at all times
- Installation of various types of signage & graphics
- Working on site with fitters around South Wales & the UK
- working at height with power tools & sign making equipment
- Liaise with clients

This position is full time.
£NMW with the intention of pay increase going off performance & skill growth

Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00

With occasional overtime and weekend work available when needed.

**Salary**: From £7.49 per hour
