**Duties**
- Operating rubber mill
- Weighing out ingredients for batches
- Moving material with Fork Lift Truck
- Loading material into autoclave
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience within similar role would be advantageous
- Good attitude to work
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Team Player
- Enthusiastic and Self Motivated
- Fork Lift Truck Licence Essential
- Ability to lift heavy items - cleaning tools
Hours of work - 40 hrs - Monday - Thursday - 6.30 am - 5pm (30 min Lunch Break)
Holiday Entitlement - 16 days plus Stats

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- No weekends
