Event Security Officer

**Qualifications**:

- Valid SIA Door Supervisors licence
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Good driving record
- Driver’s License (not essential)
- Customer service oriented, positive attitude, good listening skills, detail oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and write legibly
- Ability to lift 50lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time in a non-climate-controlled environment (indoor environment)

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow all state and federal regulations for security, reporting, and operations (training is provided).
- Responsible for setting up surveillance equipment and reporting any suspicious activity or persons.
- Provide security at various events, including concerts, weddings, etc. (training provided).
- Protect property and personnel by maintaining a secure and well-lit building; patrolling property at all times; responding to all alarms; maintaining strict confidentiality of all information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 days

**Salary**: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
