Outreach Co-ordinator

**Description**:
The University of Chester is seeking to appoint an Outreach Coordinator (Communications) to join the University’s Outreach Team, based within the Directorate of Access, Skills and Apprenticeships (DASA).

You will be part of the Outreach team and will be responsible for the coordination of communications across all Outreach activity, along with the creation and collation of content relating to the Outreach presence on the institutions own corporate website as well as any presence on external platform. They will be responsible for delegating and allocating tasks to members of the team, relating to communications,whilst also providing high level of administrative support to the Head of Outreach and Access and Outreach and WP Manager. This will include dealing with outreach enquiries, preparation and distribution of outreach publicity materials, maintaining electronic and paper-based filing systems, and supporting the financial reporting as required of the institutions APP (Access and Participation Plan) commitments.

A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel are also required.
