Job Introduction
We are looking for a Plant Administrator to work on HS2 Main Works. As a Plant Administrator you will be responsible for the Area West plant book and all necessary tasks required to successfully manage all on-site plant.

Main Responsibilities
- Plant book administration:

- Reconciling the plant book to E1 weekly
- Updating forecast off hire dates
- Updating on hire/ off hire dates
- Summarising spends per asset for commercial review
- Liaising with the Assistant Accountant for AW with accruals and invoice queries
- Other adhoc requests from the Plant Manager

**Required qualifications, skills, behaviours and attributes**
- Experience in dealing with various stakeholders within the business
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs)
- Experience of managing large data sets
- Familiarity with Enterprise One (Oracle)

The Skanska | Costain | STRABAG (SCS JV) is delivering the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. Scope of works includes twin-bored tunnels (TBM), SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge demolition and reconstruction, services diversions, earthworks and the construction of site compounds.
