We are seeking a skilled **Upholsterer to upholster furniture from start to finish (no sewing needed) **to join our team in Telford.

The Upholsterer will be responsible for repairing and restoring furniture by installing new fabric, padding, and springs.

**Salary**:£14 to £20ph depending on experience

**Working hours**: 09:00-17:00 - Flexibility available

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, and sew fabric to upholster furniture pieces
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove old fabric and secure new material
- Inspect furniture frames for any damages or defects
- Fabricate cushions, pillows, and other upholstery items
- Assemble pre-cut wooden parts to form furniture frames
- Perform heavy lifting when moving furniture pieces
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the upholstery area

**Qualifications**:

- Mechanical knowledge to understand furniture construction
- Experience using a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to fabricate and assemble furniture components
- Capable of heavy lifting when handling furniture pieces
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial

Pay: £14.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
