My Client is a construction company who specialize in partition walls, suspended ceilings, fit outs, fire protection and general joinery.

They operate in various sectors including healthcare, education, industrial, retail, sporting venues, transport infrastructure, marine and rivers, energy, commercial, and leisure.

The role

**Responsibilities**:

- Scoping the requirements for the business and taking client briefs.
- In charge of the creation of detailed estimates for materials and labour.
- Researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices for materials and services.
- Finalising tender submissions with senior estimator and Directors.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced knowledge within the joinery sector is good, but essential
- Proficient in the understanding of the workings of joinery production would be a benefit, but not essential
- Ability to complete take offs and estimates accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
