To manage admissions and provide school wide administrative support, including in relation to exclusions, and undertake general office management.
MAIN DUTIES
- Accurate and comprehensive record keeping and archive management, including use of information management systems
- Act as clerk to the Exclusions Committee, including drafting correspondence, meeting arrangements, minuting Exclusion Committee meetings
- Comply with data protection legislation and confidentiality obligations in relation to personal information and records
- Provide administrative support to the data protection team
- Provide cover to reception from 7.45 am until 8.15 am and 1pm until 1.30 pm daily and as required
- Provide administrative HR support
YOU MUST BE
- Strong administrator with system knowledge
- An independent worker who can use own initiative
- Someone who holds great customer service skills and is well presented
- Immediately available - Job role could start 18.04.23
- Able to travel to NG4, Gedling
Monday - Friday Start date 18.04.2023 for the next 2 weeks cover
Rate of pay from £11.50ph
8am-4pm Monday - Thursday and 8am - 3.30pm Friday
Weekly paid

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
