**Your Role**
- Diary Management - Arranging meetings and interviews on behalf of the associates. Chasing availability of meeting participants and confirming appointments once scheduled.
- Communication - Screening calls and transferring to the relevant colleague to deal with. Making follow up calls requested by the Associates.
- Travel - Organise and book any travel or accommodation needs of the team
- Administration - Completing any Adhoc administration task set by the team.
- Personal Errands - Delivery post, taking food and drink orders and arranging events and meals
- Occasional Expense and bookkeeping duties.
- Social media and Marketing duties as requested.

**Key Skills & Experience**
- IT Literate - at least 12 months of experience using a computer in an office/study setting. Familiar with current computer operating systems, preferably MacOS. You will be a confident typer with the ability to type at least 30 - 40 words per minute.
- Education/Professional Qualifications - You must have at least a C Grade (5) at GCSE in both English and Maths.
