Onboarding Administrator

Our client, a well established wealth management firm based in Harrogate is currently looking to recruit an Onboarding Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful Onboarding Administrator will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
- Accurately on-board clients onto the systems following set procedures
- Monitor workflow and prioritisation of new and outstanding cases
- Providing regular updates to internal stakeholders regarding clients onboarded and transfers being undertaken
- Accurately on-board clients onto the systems following set procedures
- Provide support to the Business Development Team with onboarding related queries
- Improve the onboarding process and procedure for clients
- Assist other team members and train on systems
- Oversee the work flow for the team, as the team grows there is the opportunity to move into a supervisory position
What we are looking for in our ideal On Boarding Coordinator:
- Experience in detailed data entry work
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Experience in regular Client and internal team interaction demonstrating excellent customer service
- Understanding of generic internal systems and commonly used software packages such as MS Office
Our client offers a hybrid working model with Monday and Friday from home and Tuesday - Thursday within the office. Onsite parking is available, but the office is also a short walk from the bus/train station for non-drivers.
