An exciting, brand new opportunity has arisen within our People Services department for the role of **Head of HR Partnering**. This role has been created with the aim of continuing to grow a culture where our people are committed and passionate about delivering a high quality policing service for the residents of Derbyshire.

You'll be an integral part of the People Services Senior Management Team and you'll be overseeing a team of specialists who'll deliver our HR strategies.

We're looking for someone who:

- Is inspiring, visible and engaging. You'll need to get others on board and drive strategies and processes forward.
- Has a great attention to detail and always puts the customer first.
- Has a creative mindset and an innovative way of working.
- Develops strategies to ensure our workforce feels valued and looked after.
- Always goes the extra mile to achieve continuous improvement.

Our successful applicant will be MCIPD qualified and possess extensive experience in HR senior management roles, as well as being a proven strategic leader.

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
