**Description**

**Key Responsibilities of the Successful Finance Analyst**:

- Ensure that the accounting entries are appropriately classified in accordance with internal policy
- Assist the local purchase requisitioners and managers with queries on requisitions
- Act as the primary contact for the shared service centre to process non-standard P2P transactions
- Keep up to date with Oracle functionality and process updates
- Support the UK finance team with other processes such as I2C, R2R and Revenue as required
- ARR (annualised recurring revenue) data & reporting
- Preparing key monthly reports such as the YTD revenue flash, management accounts and forecasts.
- Monitoring performance of revenue & costs against key metrics such as prior year and budget.
- Presenting and reviewing data using Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence) and PowerQuery.
- Monthly processes and data checks surrounding our financial analysis tool and ERP system.

**Profile**
- Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA), or a proven track record of working with finance data
- Attention to detail with strong data analytical skills & logical approach to problem solving
- Expert user of MS Excel w/ good knowledge of Power BI
- Familiarity with SAP & Oracle
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Understanding of IT interaction between process and related systems
