**Job description**:
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Contracts Advisor, based in Aberdeen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSA's) and contracts related to subsea decommissioning projects.
- Provide expert advice and support on contractual matters to internal stakeholders, including project managers, legal teams, and senior executives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage the tender process, including evaluating bids, conducting negotiations, and selecting suitable contractors.
- Support ongoing projects by monitoring contract performance, resolving disputes, and managing change orders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, mitigate contractual issues, and drive project success.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments to proactively address potential challenges.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Law, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a Contracts Advisor, preferably in the subsea decommissioning sector.
- Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex MSA's and contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications or memberships related to contract management or legal fields are desirable.
