Are you looking to take the next step in your career? Radis Community Care are actively recruiting for an Registered Service Manager to join the team at Maritime House, Portsmouth.

About the Role

Maritime House is an 80 flat extra care scheme providing support to those aged 18+ with a mixture of different health needs including mental health, dementia, learning disabilities and psychical disabilities. As a Registered Manager you will have over sight of the day to day operations of Maritime House. You will be responsible for

Supporting on-site teams to ensure they have everything they need to complete their duties
Working alongside Social Services, Contract Commissioners and other Health professionals to ensure all contractual requirements are met
Conducting service monitoring to ensure a high level of care is being delivered
Completing support functions such as Payroll, Recruitment and other key activities
Liaising with tenants and their families to ensure they are happy with the service the receive
Liaising with the Housing Provider
Managing your office team
Ensuring all CQC requirements are met
Working with our Operational Team to ensure continued development and growth of the service we provide on each site.
