**Position Description**

**Warranty, Contract & Retail Invoicer - Renault Trucks Scotland**

**Bellshill, ML4 3LU**

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Invoicer to join our team based at our Bellshill dealership. We are looking for an invoicer to assist in the smooth operation of the dealership by timely and accurate invoicing of work.
This is a fast-paced role where you will be maintaining an organised audit trail conforming to the Renault Dealer operating standards. You will be converting information from job cards to produce an invoice, so attention to detail is key for this role. You will have a desire to provide the highest levels of customer service - complying with manufacturer’s warranty / contract policies and procedures, enabling all claims to be processed with a minimum of delay on query.

**Hours of work - **Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00. (40 hrs per week, OT paid at 1.5x).
**Salary**:

- £23,000 - £26,000 - Depending on experience.

**Job role**
- Invoice correctly i.e., Warranty / Contracts / Retail / Maintenance and Repair
- Ensure budgeted margins are maintained and maximise department profitability.
- Maintain work in progress at week and month ends, in line with budgeted targets.
- Proactively assist customers
- Professionally answer the telephone within 4 rings, directing calls and/or taking accurate messages when appropriate.
- Ensure accurate and timely information flow to both internal and external customers.
- Translate write up within job cards into accurate chargeable items.
- Ensure correct amount of sundries / environmental charges is charged.
- Maximise charges in all areas.
- Manage sublet invoicing and support our R2 Dealer partners
- Address claims and errors in warranty & contract transactions
- Address issues within rejections spreadsheet

**Key Skills/Experience required**
- Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally in a confident, clear, and concise way, both verbally and in writing.
- IT literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Numerate with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Educated to a good standard with National 5 or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above
- Ability to manage priorities and own workload.
- Ability to work equally well on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Customer and business oriented.
- Strong Relationship and Interpersonal skills.
