Digital Graphic Designer

We are looking for a graphic designer who is eager to use their creative skills for good by supporting ESPO’s marketing and communications across schools, nurseries, local government, blue light sectors, and the wider public sector. This is a new role which is hugely varied, and perfect for Designers wanting to own and develop a portfolio of brands.

Hybrid working is fully embedded in our culture with 2-3 days a week based in our Leicester offices the norm. We use collaboration tools and Microsoft Teams to keep in touch and organise our work when we’re working remotely. Our offices are conveniently located close to the M1 and M69 with plenty of free onsite parking.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- An interest in design for online and traditional communications campaigns.
- Great planning and organisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with others.
- Strong understanding and practical use of Adobe Creative suite or similar.
