Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Mortgage Paraplanner in Weybridge to join a Mortgage firm.

Our client specialize in all things finance, working with clients on everything from pensions, investments, insurance and Mortgages. Due to continued success within the firm over the last year, they are looking to bring on a Mortgage Paraplanner to jointheir tight-knit team.

As a Mortgage Paraplanner you will be providing direct technical and administrative support to the Mortgage Director with a possibility to progress into a Mortgage Adviser. Your role will include, but not be limited to:

- Prepare for client meeting with illustrations.
- Produce mortgage/equity release suitability letters
- Enter and manage new cases on the back-office system and update information
- Liaising with product providers, lenders, insurance companies, solicitors, and clients
- Ensure the process of mortgage offers are completed
- Preparing and sending documents to clients
- Working to a high level of compliance and FCA regulations

**Skills and experience required**:

- Minimum of 4 years working in a role with similar duties
- Mortgage CeMap qualification required
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Packages
- Familiar with Intelligent Office, Volume, Mortgage Brain and IRESS
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Enjoy building relationships with brokers and clients
