**The role**:

- Build rapport with new and existing clients whilst maintaining accounts
- Provide a high level of customer service and ensure your clients get to their desired outcome
- Be the first point of contact for clients, both face to face and over the phone
- Expand your knowledge of insurance products and services
- Quickly be able to educate your clients on what insurance policy works best and suits their needs
- Be entering an office where ideas and progression is encouraged massively

**About you**:

- Previous administration/ customer service experience
- Ambitious
- Confident
- Ability to build relationships
