(Full Time - Permanent Positions) Starting Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Plus Add Incentives & Quarterly Bonus’s)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

We are currently looking for an Estate Agent to work on a full-time basis in our branch in Leeds

The Role:
Our Estate Agents are skilled communicators who bring a personal touch to work every day, ensuring clients enjoy an exceptional level of service, passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property. Your role as an Estate Agent is to support the Sales Manager with the running of the day-to-day operations of the Branch in the management of the KPI.

Here, you’ll enjoy a diverse role that will see you getting and letting properties, as well as encouraging clients to take advantage of our complete portfolio of property services.

You will be:

- Assisting clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and preferences,
- Staying up to date with market trends and property values
- Advertising and promoting properties through various channels.
- Handling administrative tasks related to property sales

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the best customer service possible.

If you’re an Estate Agent with solid experience in property and ambitions to achieve even more, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to succeed.
