Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a market leader who are one of the fastest growing businesses in Nottingham, on their way to achieving all their profit goals for the year. In the next phase of digital growth, they requirean initiative taking IT Project Lead to join their team in order to successfully manage and lead upcoming projects.

In return, you can expect to receive a salary of up to c£60,000, plus other employee benefits including 25 days holiday + stats, a bonus scheme, health and wellbeing scheme, flexible working, and enhanced family leave.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead an allocated team to ensure performance and objectives are met and maintained
- Take full ownership of planning and estimating the successful delivery across the entire portfolio of IT projects
- Spearhead implementation projects for various CRM systems and processes, including configuration and company wide rollouts
- Manage budget spend across all projects, planning allocations and avoiding overspend where necessary
- Ensure stringent governance standards are adhered to at all times

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience implementing SalesForce or similar CRMs desirable
- Prince2 or equivalent qualification essential
- Demonstrable IT project management experience essential, including management of quality, time, and budget
- An ability to communicate on all levels with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Professional user of JIRA/Atlassian tools
- Experience working with Agile/Waterfall Methodologies
- Ability to coach and mentor wider team members
- Confident in being able to work independently and demonstrate a high level of initiative and ingenuity
