Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival into the outside Jurassic falls experience that lies within Skegness Aquarium. (will require the use of puppets, provided)
- Assist guests with any information needed/asked.
- Maintain a neat and tidy venue, this will include some gardening and general tidying up after guests.
- communicate between the main venue and yourself of any problems/needs/timings.
- Provide informative talks to the guests with a fun and educational attitude.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills with a polite and friendly manner.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a similar role within the entertainment industry is desirable.
