We’re currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our team in Mid Devon.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented construction professional with house building experience to join our welcoming, family owned business.
You will have the chance to share the invaluable knowledge and experience you’ve gained within the construction industry with your team, ensuring that the projects you oversee are completed to the highest standards.
**The Role**
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of construction projects efficiently and profitably.
Maintaining high standards in quality of work and controlling costs, you will ensure that the company’s health and safety policies and company requirements are met at all times.
You will also manage a small team of employees working on your site, along with all subcontract personnel operating on your projects.
Additionally, you will:

- Deliver excellent customer service
- Liaise with the sales department
- Ensure build quality and programme dates are achieved
- Support the progression and development of colleagues
- Work with project teams to ensure that customer expectations are met
**About You**
To be considered as an Assistant Site Manager, you will need:

- Previous house building experience
- Excellent knowledge of modern construction methods
- Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
