**We have fantastic opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our rapidly growing sales team.**
Over the last year we have seen our order volumes over double and are looking for someone to come in to take on the processing of all orders from survey to installation booking.
**Job roles will include**
- Converting quotes to orders
Confirming all information is correct
Liaising with accounts department confirming payments have been received
Following up customers with outstanding order sign offs
Working alongside surveyor ensuring all surveyors have been completed.
Updating our database with customers details and what stage order are at.
Arranging delivery dates.
Answering telephones
General administration duties
**Standard requirements**
Extremely good phone manner
Administration experience
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills - verbal and written
The ability to work solely and part of a team
Problem analysis and problem-solving
An organised individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Multi-task oriented
Have a can do attitude, be adaptable to change and have the ability to work to specific targets and deadline
