Sous Chef

The Executive Head Chef of a multi-outlet hotel situated in a popular tourist area in the stunning Oxfordshire country side is seeking a **Sous Chef**. As Sous chef you will assist the senior staff to organise, monitor and train the brigade of 10 chefs. The hotel is extremely busy catering for leisure and conferences and on average serves 100 covers in the fresh food restaurant.The kitchen is run by an experienced executive head chef and you will be joining a stable kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef looking to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress.

**Requirements**:
The Head Chef is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is essential along with very strong organisational skills.
