**Aftersales Administrator**
**Permanent Position**

**Aftersales Administrator**
- Learning about consumables and using this to provide excellent customer care
- Increasing consumable sales and service contracts when the opportunity arises with well-established clients
- Supporting the sales team with all administrative tasks including incoming sales enquiries, answering incoming calls, managing expenses, and welcoming visitors into the business.
- Reconnecting with customers who haven’t been contacted for a period of time.

**Aftersales Administrator**
**Essential Skills/Experience/Qualification Required**:

- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Strong administration and customer service experience
- You are organised and a keen problem solver
- Enjoy speaking with people over the phone
- Confident using Microsoft Office

**Aftersales Administrator**
**Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualification Required**:

- Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment would be an advantage.
