As a Sales Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results. You will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to the sales team, while also actively contributing to the achievement of company sales objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to optimise sales efforts and support overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners to drive sales opportunities and maximise revenue potential.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive sales performance.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
