Recruitment is one of the most lucrative yet enjoyable career options available to graduating students with 1st year OTE exceeding £70,000.

What is recruitment?

Our industries are:

- Construction
- Life Sciences
- Medical Devices

As a recruiter you will be:

- Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.
- Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client’s requirement.
- Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.
- Conducting market research and understanding current market trends.
- Building Databases
- Cold Calling
