**Position: Ground Worker / Labourer**

**Location**: [Location of Fixed Site, with potential to work on other sites as required]

**Salary**: Day rate between £180 - £200, depending on experience and qualifications

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with groundworks, including excavation, trenching, and backfilling.
- Operating and maintaining construction equipment and tools.
- Assisting skilled tradespeople, such as bricklayers and concrete workers, as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
- Adapting to changing work environments and tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in groundworks or construction labouring preferred.
- Ability to operate construction equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid CSCS card and any relevant certifications or qualifications.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
