We are looking for ambitious and experienced salespeople to join our client’s expanding Work from Home Sales Team as a Telesales Executive - no cold calling
**About the company
**Our client is a firm of Solicitors with modern offices based in Birmingham City Centre. They are an independent firm dedicated to providing clients with optimum legal expertise and exceptional customer service. They have 6 offices across the UK andaim to expand their presence and provision of services with further offices to be opened in the foreseeable future.
**About the role
**This role of Telesales Executive is remote working and an exciting opportunity for an energetic, lively, and passionate sales professional looking to make more money than they currently earn in their sales job. Our client provides warm leads so requirepersuasive people that can convince - one month of paid training is provided.
**About the responsibilities
**As the Telesales Executive you will be responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls and selling legal services
- Making outbound sales calls to new customers who have left an enquiry
- Building a pipeline of business and maintaining contact with clients
- Updating and maintaining accurate records of customer data and call activity
- Achieving new business targets
**About you
**To be successful for the role of Telesales Executive you will have / be:
- Previous proven experience of sales
- A highly motivated, tenacious attitude with the hunger to earn
- The ability to work towards targets and achieve them
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Drive and determination to succeed
**About the hours & rewards
**For the role of Telesales Executive there is on offer:
- A basic salary of £16,000 to £18,000 per annum
- Realistic OTE £28,000+
- Uncapped earnings
- Product training provided
- No cold calling
