The hotel located in the heart of Westminster, as well as 256 beautifully appointed bedrooms our outlets within the hotel offer its teams the opportunity to join exciting food and drink concepts, with the standards and luxury service Conrad is famous for. Supported by celebrity chef Sally Abe, they consist of:

**What will you be doing?**
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Food & Beverage team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing F&B inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Data Analysis: Assist in analysing data related to food and beverage operations, helping to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries, quality products, and cost-effective solutions.
- Finance and invoicing management: Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure all the invoices are paid on time.

**What are we looking for?**
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
