**About the Role**:
We're looking for a dedicated Soft Services Supervisor to lead our Cleaning and Catering Teams at ELFT - Luton and Bedfordshire sites. Your primary role will involve ensuring all requests are executed with precision, timeliness, and a strong focus on customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing operations, developing policies, and utilizing data to enhance service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, direct, and delegate responsibilities to staff, promoting best practices.
- Maintain safe and efficient staffing levels across all shifts.
- Develop strong working relationships and support staff in engagement, safety, and welfare.
- Handle initial escalations for service-related queries.
- Prepare and analyse monthly service reports.
- Supervise, train, and manage staff in line with OCS policies.
- Support recruitment, DBS checks, and staff development.
- Manage health, safety, and welfare across sites.
- Ensure effective cleaning service delivery and compliance with work schedules.
- Participate in meetings, implement actions, and suggest improvements.
- Manage personal and staff development and training.

**Role Scope**:

- Geographic Responsibility: ELFT - Luton and Bedfordshire (all sites)

**Critical Performance Measures**:

- Timely completion of audits, welfare checks.
- Adherence to specified standards.
- Efficient management of team and documentation.

**Person Specification**:

- **Education**: GCSE level grade C or above.
- **Experience**: Managerial experience with a team of 25+; proficient in Microsoft Office; budgeting skills; proven ability to enhance team performance; cleaning experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- **Skills**: Customer focus, achieving results, problem-solving, team working, communication, people development, accounting knowledge.
- **Other Requirements**: Full clean driver's license; flexible working during critical incidents.- About Us***
