Specifically we’d like to hear from you if:
- Can rapidly build rapport and strong internal relationships with the teams and individuals you will support
- Know your way around a CRM system (Pipedrive)
- Are organised and methodical and happy to support multiple teams
- Have an ambition to progress your career into a Sales or Operations role
- Good numeracy and can work with basic spreadsheets and formulas
- Understand the basis concepts of a sales process
It would be an advantage if:
- You have previously worked in a role supporting a sales team
- Have worked in a professional services or consulting environment
**Responsibilities**:
Provide support across the sales team as follows:
- Co-ordinating diaries for sales team for follow up meetings
- Booking qualifier sales calls
- Ensuring data on CRM (Pipedrive) is up to date and accurate
- Carry out credit checks on new prospects
- Track and help progress proposal submissions
- Co-ordinate/book proposal review meetings with clients
- Sit in on sales calls to take notes and provide follow up actions
- Draft contracts for review by sales
- Send and manage NDA’s
- Track deal progress and provide follow up actions for sales
Support for Finance and Ops teams as follows:
- Publish onboarding forms for new projects
- Inform project status for capacity and resource planning into delivery team
- Draft invoices
- Timesheet collation and review
Provide support for projects as follows:
- Monitor progress of project status to inform sales of upsell/onsell opportunities
- Schedule meetings for sales and project teams to discuss above
