The Speech House Hotel has a fine dining restaurant, an informal dining area in the Orangery, and function facilities for weddings and conferences. Our customers are what makes us, and we want to provide them with the best experience from the first step they take into the hotel, to when they leave.

Position: Permanent Front of House positions for weekdays and weekends.

We’re looking to hire people who are good communicators and will be able to build rapport with our customers. We get busy, especially when the sun is out, so we’re looking for people who can think on their feet and get stuck in to help others when needed.

We pride ourselves on our reputation for being an independently run hotel, and we care about our staff. We offer training and development at all levels, including NVQs and college courses in food and bar management, as well as on the job training.
