HR Administrator

Our client is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a fixed term contract, initially 9 months however this could be extended.
Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch and the position is based in the clients Wickford office. The role does not offer hybrid working. Annual salary is £24,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day queries
- Providing HR advice - delivering front line support to managers and employees
- Using HR systems to keep records and update policies/documents
- Recruitment
- Onboarding all new staff
- Assisting with performance management/disciplinaries/investigations
- Staff training/development
- Assisting with payroll/timesheets
- Dealing with employee requests (parental leave, flexible working etc)
- Managing HR projects (redundancies, restructuring, consultation, TUPE etc)
