The Fleece at Ruleholme is set in a beautiful area and built to a stunning standard with 23 bedrooms, function suite, restaurant & our Country Bar which has roaring fires, offering a cosy place to eat with a homely atmosphere. We are looking for a reception team to be the “welcome” when our guests arrive at the Hotel

Your main duties may include
- Providing outstanding customer service to our guests and customers
- Managing reservations, checking in / out procedures
- Keeping reception area to clean, tidy and to high standards
- Reporting to Reception Manager / Duty Managers
- Liaising with Housekeeping and other departments.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Cash handling

Shift patterns between 7am and 11pm

Above all provide a 5 star customer service level which exceeds the guests' expectations.
