RedRock Recruitment require 1 skilled carpenters for a 3 month project in Birdham, West Sussex. Applicants MUST hold a valid CSCS card, own tools & PPE duties will include all aspects of 1st fix on a new build timber frame house. MUST have experienced in a similar role.

Tools required - First fix nail gun - Laser level - power tools/hand tools

MUST have own transport due to the location of the site

Project is a timber frame private house from ground up, understanding of modular build essential, sections of the build are formed using a CNC machine on site and then installed, sheets of plywood will be delivered on site, cut to size, assembled in components as instructed followed by the build of the house

Immediate start

**Salary**: £200.00 per day

**Experience**:

- 1st Fix Carpentry/Timber Frame: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
