We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse/AHP to become a Lead Matron within Division B at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS).We are looking for someone to lead on enhancing and transforming our clinical patient pathways to help improve flow; someone who has the ability to lead a variety of diverse teams, collaboratively work across care groups and have an understanding of the enhanced and advanced practice agendas.This role will mainly work core hours, with a requirement to undertake some on-call shifts as part of the duty manager rota.

You will be part of the divisional management team and work closely with a range of teams and services. Division B comprises of Emergency Medicine, Medicine, Specialist Medicine, Pathology, Cancer Care and HIOW. You will have an opportunity to work across care group boundaries to support in transforming patient pathways.
