This temp role will be supporting the issue management team, and this will be focusing on failed delivery and collection requests.

**Job Spec**:

- Ensure all returns are actioned with the SLA agreed.
- Ensure each failed delivery or collection has at least one outbound call direct to the customer to determine what the issue was in terms of the failed job.
- Failed delivery, try and recover the hire and arrange for an alternative date.
- Failed collection, contact the customer, and provide and update to why the job was rejected, place back on open hire or re-arrange the collection if applicable.
- Determine if an abortive cost should be applied to the order, core or rehire.
- 95% SLA for inbound operational calls.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services and educate our customers about each of our divisions.
- Meet and exceed operational targets and KPI’s.
- Provide first class customer service at all times.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures.

**Person Spec**:

- Experience within customer service.
- Excellent all-round communication and telephone skills to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Proven ability to multitask while paying strict attention to detail.
- This is an operational role so resilience and tenacity are essential to succeed.
