In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting and tax compliance needs are met. The Accounts Senior will work closely with the partners and team members to deliver efficient, accurate, and timely services. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues will be crucial to your success in this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate accounting and tax compliance
- Review and prepare year-end financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts
- Liaise with clients and provide professional advice on accounting, tax, and business matters
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, assisting in their professional development
- Collaborate with partners and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery
- Identify opportunities for additional services and cross-selling to clients

**Requirements**:

- ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a UK accountancy practice
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client relationship management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
