We realise that every student on a different learning curve and one size does not fit all. This is why we specialise in one to one, tailored tuition to match each student needs.

We are looking for tutors to provide tuition in Maths and English to our KS3 and KS4 students. Tuition will be in the Ilford area and within 6-10 miles radius. _Please note this is an In-Home position, so must be willing to travel to students home. Flexible working hours._

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1 to 1 sessions to students in person
- Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons to students of various levels and ages
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that promote student participation and learning
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of assessment
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their English language skills
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and techniques in the field of English language instruction

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Maths, Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification or qualification an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £22.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- teacing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Excellent communication skills (required)

Licence/Certification:

- QTS (preferred)
