**Working Pattern**: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible Working options available

**What is the Role?**

SSEN Transmission is currently recruiting for a Customer Information Officer to join our Stakeholder Engagement Team.

The key duties & responsibilities will be: Data input and the management of system information, processes and procedures to support the development of a new database system.
- Continuously monitoring the operation of the system for quality assurance.
- Active system admin for all users across the business.
- Provide the first line of support for Tractivity users, investigating any issues and escalating to our third-party supplier when required.
- Support the development of user guides and support assets by documenting how key processes in Tractivity should be performed.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new database systems.
- Exceptional organisation skills and good attention to detail.

**Interviews**

Interviews will be held on the 17th and 18th of August.
