A commercial dealership based in **Berkshire** are looking for a visionary **Van Sales Manager**to bring their commercial knowledge and unique ideas into the sales department.
You will be required to oversee a small team as well as manage some of the larger accounts, driving the business forward at every opportunity. If you are motivated, well-presented and handle yourself professionally, we want you to speak with you.
**The role will involve**
- Leading, motivating and coaching a team of Commercial Vehicle Sales Executives to build and maintain relationships with small to medium sized businesses in the areas they cover
- Working closely with the team you will manage team performance, achieving key targets and objectives, delivering continuous improvement
- You will be responsible for reporting on a monthly basis the performance of the sites, as well as expected turnover and profit against the budget
- Holding regular one-to-one reviews and appraisals so you can continue monitoring, training and developing your staff to be the best they can be
- Review the sales procedures and systems ensuring a streamlined process is in place to deliver increased levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximising profitability

**Who we're looking for**
- Experience working as a Sales Manager is essential, a strong background in commercial vehicle sales would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience working within a passenger car background on the fleet or corporate side will be considered also
- An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
- Be able to demonstrate excellent customer liaison and satisfaction skills
- Be able to efficiently work under pressure

**What's on offer?**
They will be offering a basic salary of **£36,000** with an **OTE of £60,000**. They have previously had Managers earning in excess of £90,000.
Company vehicle and many other benefits.
Hours; Monday - Friday, Saturday's will be as and when required.
